Hi Ray, saw this pom this morning and thought of you. Prayer for a Tenspeed Heart Let the fire of my body propel and warm me and let each darkness reveal its plenitude. Let the hills flatten under my wheels and let the eloquent curves yield up their good surprise. Let my heart be obstinate when I need to climb and let my lowliest gears restrain my spinning down. Let there be flatland, too, and into that glittering place let me stretch with the heart of a lover, at full speed, blind and intent. ~ Barbara Hendryson ~

Hi Raynard, I used to do tri''''s with your father and did the Iron man with the 21Km paddle instead of the swim (hate swimming), also did ultra man, comrades and lots of Duathlons and Marathons .... anyway my son (24yrs) did the PE Iron man this year (12H17), and I have decided to do the 2011 Iron man, and hopefully give him a run for his money. Have bought a Cervelo bike because of you at Iron PE 2010, and your website (thought your sponsors might like that). What advice can you give me to develop my swimming ? Am following your career and performances with great interest.Woukld really love to see you get a podium finish a Kona (sure you would too :) ) !!! Best of luck, Big fan Allan Timm (50yrs)

Hey Ray, nice to see you have stuck with it and are back to winning ways. Ex Mate Mills keeps me up to date. I used to really enjoy those rides out to Randfontein we you would drag us along at 45kmph All the best for Kona, you can do it. Hope to see you in Western Australia soon.
